We offer six separate event spaces of varying size, adding up to over 21,000 square feet of wedding and event space and over 5,000 square feet of patio space in our three-story building. Our spaces range from the intimate to the spectacular, creating endless possibilities when customizing the space for your event. You can rent each of our lavish rooms individually or combine them to suit your precise needs. The Curtis Ballroom offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Front Range and the Denver skyline. A sophisticated interior, complete with a built in dance floor can accommodate up to 225 seated guests, 300 reception style, with unmatched modern elegance. If our in house catering is used, then there is no room rental fee associated with the space, just a food and beverage minimum. However, should an outside caterer from our approved list be chosen to provide food, a room rental rate is applied to the rental of the space.
